With 16 years of experience in the advertising business, working for digital and traditional advertising agencies on a global scale, Juan also boasts a wealth of experience in digital, social media, CRM and content development disciplines. With 20 years of experience launching digital brands and invigorating iconic brands, Miguel has been a creative director, content strategist, digital innovator, trendspotter and management director prior to becoming a world-class strategist. His achievements include naming and launching LendingTree.com, rebranding the U.S. Army and creating memorable social media posts for SC Johnson and Philip Morris. Most recently of the Havas Chicago office, Miguel contributed to $25 million in new business wins while leading strategy for the Havas helia data and response marketing practice for all of North America.

Alonso Arias is a Mexican-bilingual-creative guy, who loves his family, his job, his country and his futbol Team. In that order.
He's been in advertising since 1998 and worked for some of the biggest agencies in the industry, like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Foote Cone and Belding, DDB, Olabuenaga Chemistri, LatinWorks and Young & Rubicam, among others. He enjoys developing brands, telling stories and creating experiences.

Through Steve's career, he's held positions as account manager, project manager and digital strategist.
